- We send a Letter of Engagement to all our Clients for their Agreement of our standard terms and conditions including fees payable (as required by our Professional Bodies).
- Our fees (as agreed by you) are payable in monthly instalments by bankers Standing Order.
- We are required to verify clients identity – and will ask for proof of residence and identity by way of passport, utility bills etc.
- With your consent, we will write to your previous accountant for a professional clearance letter.
- In rare case of conflict of interest, we are bound by our professional bodies ethical and other rules and consideration will be given in order for us to observe these rules at all times.
