- TRUSTS GENERALLY : Trusts are created for many purposes including the benefit of children, charities etc. We will advise on all issues relating to establishing a Trust and deal with all aspects of running that Trust, including Trust accounting, auditing (independent of us), taxation issues and management generally. We will also act as trustees if required.
- ESTATE PLANNING : Our knowledge of our clients’ financial position means that we can easily advise on the best way of planning their affairs to minimise the effects of Inheritance Tax on their estate. This includes a regular review of wills to ensure that they are kept up to date with changes in legislation.
- EXECUTORSHIP : Because of our intimate knowledge of our clients’ financial affairs, we may be appointed executors to wills. This places us in an excellent position to administer their estate quickly and efficiently.
- SERVICES to SOLICITORS : we work closely with our clients’ solicitors and we also provide services direct to solicitors covering Trust accounting and taxation.
